SHIPPING POLICY

RAEANA will offer complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $500. We offer International shipping for a flat rate of $75, not including duties and fees. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. For all order inquiries please contact studio@raeana.com

Please note for all shipments over $1,500 a signature will be required. If you would like to omit this please email studio@raeana.com on top of your order confirmation. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us to require a signature for the shipment.
